应用流式细胞仪对52例口腔鳞状细胞癌石蜡标本进行DNA含量测定,分析肿瘤细胞DNA倍体的变化、合成期细胞百分比与临床病理指标、颈淋巴结转移、患者5年存活率的关系。结果表明:(1)二倍体及近二倍体肿瘤27例占56.2%(27/48),异倍体肿瘤21例占43.7%(21/48)。(2)合成期细胞百分比(SPF)均值=20.6(990.9/48),高于SPF均值的22例占45.8%(22/48)。(3)肿瘤的倍体性、合成期细胞百分比与患者5年存活率、病理分级、颈淋巴结转移有显著关系。肿瘤倍体性、SPF可反映肿瘤细胞的增殖活性和侵袭能力,可作为评估口腔鳞癌患者预后的指标。
Flow cytometry was used to determine the DNA content of paraffin-embedded specimens of 52 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma. The changes of DNA ploidy, the percentage of cells in the synthesis phase, the clinicopathological parameters, cervical lymph node metastasis and the 5-year survival rate of the patients were analyzed. The results showed that: (1) 27 cases of diploid and nearly diploid tumors accounted for 56.2% (27/48), and 21 cases of aneuploid tumors accounted for 43.7% (21/48). (2) The average percentage of cells in the synthesis phase (SPF) was 20.6 (990.9 / 48), and 22 cases (45.8%) higher than the SPF mean (22/48). (3) The ploidy of the tumor, the percentage of cells in the synthesis phase have a significant relationship with the 5-year survival rate, pathological grade and cervical lymph node metastasis. Tumor ploidy, SPF can reflect the proliferation activity of tumor cells and invasive ability, can be used as an index to assess the prognosis of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma.
