Horizontal shell and tube freon condenser heat exchange has two kinds of strengthening methods, that is, to ensure that the condensate from the lower edge of the pipe line to exclude and avoid the upper tube of the condensate drops to the following pipe. The authors experimentally studied the heat exchange of refrigerant R12 when it was condensed on horizontal smooth tubes and finned tubes using the first method of Shing-ping. There have been studies on smooth tubes, fin tubes, fin tubes with condensate removal sheets, light tube-based sickle tubes and two tube-based sickle fin tubes.
