本文采用ELISA和免疫胶体金标记电镜技术,研究了蒙古沙土鼠急性脑缺血及再灌注后CaM的含量和分布变化。ELISA测定结果;结扎双侧颈总动脉10分钟后,CaM含量较正常组显著降低(P<0.01),再灌注20分钟,CaM含量较缺血10分钟组显著降低(P<0.01),免疫胶体金电镜观察表明,缺血组和缺血再灌组每个视野胶体金颗粒数明显低于正常组(P<0.01),在缺血神经元突触附近,可见胶体金颗粒明显减少。
In this paper, the content and distribution of CaM in Mongolian gerbils after acute cerebral ischemia and reperfusion were studied by ELISA and immunogold gold labeling electron microscopy. (P <0.01). After reperfusion for 20 min, CaM content was significantly lower than that of 10 min ischemia group (P <0.01), while immuno-colloid The results of gold electron microscopy showed that the number of colloidal gold particles in each field of ischemia group and ischemia-reperfusion group was significantly lower than that of the normal group (P <0.01).
