目的:建立头花蓼及热淋清颗粒中槲皮苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用反相高效液相色谱法,DiamonsilTM(钻石)C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm),流动相甲醇-1%醋酸-四氢呋喃,流速1.0 mL.min-1,检测波长258 nm,柱温25℃。结果:槲皮苷在0.082~0.408μg线性关系良好(r=0.99997),头花蓼平均回收率102.3%,RSD 0.99%,热淋清颗粒平均回收率102.7%,RSD 2.2%。结论:该法重复性好,专属性强,可用于控制头花蓼药材及其单方制剂热淋清颗粒的质量。为头花蓼药材规模化种植提供科学依据。
Objective: To establish a method for the determination of quercitrin in radix sinensis and hot-linqing granules. METHODS: A RP-HPLC method was used on a DiamonsilTM C18 column (4.6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm). The mobile phase consisted of methanol-1% acetic acid-tetrahydrofuran at a flow rate of 1.0 mL.min-1. The detection wavelength was 258 nm. Column temperature 25°C. RESULTS: The quercitrin had good linearity in the range of 0.082-0.408 μg (r=0.99997). The average recovery rate of floraceta was 102.3%, RSD was 0.99%, the average recovery rate of hot-leaching granules was 102.7%, and RSD was 2.2%. Conclusion: This method has good reproducibility and strong specificity and can be used to control the quality of radix scutellariae and its unilateral preparations. Provide scientific basis for large-scale planting of Caulis.
