以草莓为材料,利用不同浓度的脱落酸(ABA)浸根处理和幼苗喷施处理,测定分析处理后草莓幼苗的各项生理生化指标数值变化,以探讨脱落酸对草莓幼苗抗冷性的影响。结果表明:经过ABA处理的草莓幼苗呼吸速率、根活力、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性均高于对照,叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸(Pro)含量均高于对照,丙二醛(MDA)含量和电导率均低于对照。当ABA浓度为150ug·L-1时,草莓幼苗呼吸速率、根活力、SOD、POD和CAT活性达到最高值,叶绿素、可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、脯氨酸(Pro)含量达到最大值,丙二醛(MDA)含量和电导率达到最低值。两种处理方式比较,浸根处理有利于提高低温胁迫苗的根活力,叶面喷施处理有利于提高低温胁迫苗的呼吸速率和叶绿素含量,其他指标无明显差异。
Taking strawberries as materials, the ABA (abscisic acid) abscisic acid (ABA) treatment and seedling spraying were used to determine the changes of physiological and biochemical indexes of strawberry seedlings after treatment. The effects of abscisic acid on chilling resistance of strawberry seedlings . The results showed that the respiration rate, root activity, superoxide dismutase (SOD), peroxidase (POD) and catalase (CAT) activities of strawberry seedlings treated with ABA were higher than those of the control, chlorophyll, soluble sugar, Soluble protein and proline (Pro) content were higher than the control, malondialdehyde (MDA) content and conductivity were lower than the control. The respiration rate, root activity, SOD, POD and CAT activity of strawberry seedlings reached the highest value when the concentration of ABA was 150 ug · L-1, and the content of chlorophyll, soluble sugar, soluble protein and Pro reached the maximum, Aldehyde (MDA) content and conductivity reached the minimum. Compared with the two treatments, root immersion treatment is beneficial to improve root vigor of seedlings under low temperature stress. Spraying foliar spray treatment is beneficial to improve respiration rate and chlorophyll content of seedlings under low temperature stress, and no significant difference was observed in other indexes.
