由于等离子点火装置在褐煤锅炉上推广的效果并不理想,主要问题在于褐煤水分大、发热量低,等离子装置点火初期燃尽率低,造成锅炉尾部积存大量未燃尽煤粉,影响锅炉设备的运行安全;而燃尽率偏低主要原因在于配合参数调整缺乏经验。主要对现场试验部分进行阐述,分析煤粉浓度、一次风速、载体风压和煤粉细度等因素对其点火性能的影响,并对试验结果进行总结。
