为探索肿瘤细胞核形态计量对病理诊断和预后的意义,本文对有随访的30例肝癌作形态计量分析显示:肝癌细胞核(核面积、周长、等效圆直径)较肝细胞明显增大,P<005;细胞核的形态亦明显较肝细胞不规则(核凸包比、形状因子),P<005;同时上两类参数的离异系数CV亦有明显差异。COX分析表明癌细胞核各项参数、癌瘤的直径及其组织学分级与患者术后存活时间有关。
In order to explore the significance of tumor cell nuclear morphometry for pathological diagnosis and prognosis, the morphometric analysis of 30 cases of liver cancer with follow-up showed that the number of nuclei (area, perimeter, and equivalent circle diameter) of hepatocellular carcinoma was significantly greater than that of hepatocytes. <005; The morphology of cell nucleus was also significantly more irregular than that of hepatocytes (nucleus convex-to-convex ratio, shape factor), P<005; at the same time, there were significant differences in the coefficient of variation CV between the two types of parameters. COX analysis showed that the parameters of the cancer cell nuclear, the diameter and histological grade of the cancer were related to the survival time of the patient.
