本文报道丹参(SM)、川芎嗪(TMP)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)防治肾缺血再灌注自由基对肾脏损伤的实验研究.实验分预防及治疗二部分,分别阻断肾血流60分钟及120分钟再灌注30分钟,前者在阻断前8分钟静脉给药,后者再灌注前8分钟静脉给药.结果表明肾缺血再灌注产生大量脂质过氧化物(LPO),SOD活性明显降低,肾超微结构及肾功能严重受损.而上述药物能清除LPO,增加SOD活力,保护肾功能,具有防治再灌注急性肾功能衰竭的作用.
This article reports that Salvia miltiorrhiza (SM), tetramethylpyrazine (TMP), superoxide dismutase (SOD) prevent renal injury caused by renal ischemia-reperfusion free radical experiment. The experiment is divided into two parts: prevention and treatment, respectively, blocking renal blood flow After 60 minutes and 120 minutes of reperfusion for 30 minutes, the former was intravenously administered 8 minutes before blocking, and the latter was administered intravenously 8 minutes before reperfusion. The results show that renal ischemia-reperfusion produces a large amount of lipid peroxide (LPO), SOD activity is significantly reduced, renal ultrastructure and renal function are severely impaired, and the above drugs can clear LPO, increase SOD activity, protect renal function, and have the effect of preventing and treating acute renal failure.
