摘要目的评估和比较全身MRI与FDG-PET在检测淋巴瘤骨髓浸润的价值。方法 116例首诊淋巴瘤病人先行全腹MRI检查,随后行髂骨嵴骨髓活检(BMB),其中80例行FDG-PET检查。以BMB为参考标准,分别计算侵袭性和惰性淋巴瘤病人全身MRI发现淋巴瘤骨浸润的敏感度,并与FDG-PET比较。结果 MRI检查对所有淋巴瘤诊断的敏感度为45.5%(95%CI:29.8%~62.0%),对侵袭性淋巴瘤诊断的敏感度[88.9%(95%CI:54.3%~100%)]明显高于(P=0.002 9)惰
Abstract Objective To evaluate and compare the value of whole body MRI and FDG-PET in detecting bone marrow infiltration in lymphoma. Methods One hundred and sixty-six patients with first-diagnosed lymphoma were examined by whole-abdominal MRI, followed by iliac crest bone marrow biopsy (BMB). Eighty patients underwent FDG-PET. Using BMB as a reference standard, the sensitivity of systemic MRI to detect the bone invasion of lymphoma in patients with aggressive and indolent lymphomas was calculated and compared with FDG-PET. Results The sensitivity of MRI for the diagnosis of all lymphomas was 45.5% (95% CI: 29.8% -62.0%) and the sensitivity to invasive lymphoma was 88.9% (95% CI: 54.3% -100%).
