大涝坝1号构造DLK8井注水开发,原地面工艺注水流程存在注水压力高、注水回流量大、撬块震动较大等问题。通过调整柱塞大小、流程优化等经济可行的对策,解决了回流量大、撬块震动过大问题,提高了注水水质,起到了节电增油的效果。为边远井撬装注水流程的开发建设提供了借鉴和参考。
