目的研究芳香新塔花Ziziphora clinopodioides的化学成分。方法采用色谱分离技术进行分离和纯化,并通过核磁共振谱鉴定化合物的结构。结果从芳香新塔花的乙醇提取物中分离得到21个化合物,分别鉴定为原儿茶酸(1)、云杉素(2)、迷迭香酸(3)、咖啡酸(4)、木犀草素(5)、金雀异黄酮(6)、irisdichotototin D(7)、乔松素-7-O-芸香糖苷(8)、金合欢素-7-O-芸香糖苷(9)、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酮-4-O-β-D-芹糖-(1→6)-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(10)、黄芩素(11)、山柰素(12)、白杨素-7-O-芸香糖苷(13)、槲皮素(14)、芹菜素(15)、polybotrin(16)、1-O-对羟基肉桂酰单甘油酯(17)、5-羟甲基-2-呋喃甲醛(18)、金合欢素(19)、6,8-二-C-β-D-葡萄糖白杨素(20)、邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(21)。结论化合物5~8、10~12、16~18、20~21为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Ziziphora clinopodioides. Methods Chromatographic separation was used to separate and purify the compounds. The structures of the compounds were identified by NMR. Results Twenty-one compounds were isolated from the ethanolic extracts of Anemarrhena asparagus and identified as protocatechuic acid (1), spruce (2), rosmarinic acid (3), caffeic acid (4) Irisdichotototin D (7), Qiaozon-7-O-rutinoside (8), acacetin-7-O-rutinoside (9), 4- hydroxy- (1 → 6) -β-D-glucopyranoside (10), baicalein (11), behenin (12) , Chrysogenin (13), quercetin (14), apigenin (15), polybotrin (16), 1-O-hydroxycinnamoyl monoglyceride (17) Methyl-2-furaldehyde (18), acacetin (19), 6,8-di-C-β-D-glucagonium (20) and dibutyl phthalate (21). Conclusion Compounds 5 ~ 8, 10 ~ 12, 16 ~ 18 and 20 ~ 21 were isolated from this plant for the first time.
