众所周知,测定微量钴的亚硝基-R盐比色法,具有选择性较好、灵敏度较高、分析结果准确可靠等优点,在许多种类物料中获得广泛的应用。但是,当该法应用于测定大量镍(如氧化镍、金属镍以及某些高镍基材料)中的微量杂质钴时,受到大量镍(Ⅱ)的干扰。曾有报导用EDTA掩蔽大量镍的条件下用亚硝基-R盐测定钴。我们在试验中发现,采用乙酸钠-柠檬酸钠混合缓冲溶液时,不用其它掩蔽剂即可在高达120毫克镍共存条件下直接比色测定微量钴。在拟定的操作
As we all know, the determination of trace cobalt nitroso-R salt colorimetry, with good selectivity, high sensitivity, accurate and reliable analysis results, and many kinds of materials obtained in a wide range of applications. However, when this method is applied to the determination of trace impurities of cobalt in a large amount of nickel such as nickel oxide, metallic nickel and some high-nickel-based materials, it is disturbed by a large amount of nickel (II). It has been reported that cobalt is detected with a nitroso-R salt under the condition that a large amount of nickel is masked with EDTA. We have found in experiments that the colorimetric determination of trace cobalt can be carried out directly in the presence of up to 120 mg of nickel without the use of other masking agents using a sodium acetate-citrate mixed buffer solution.
