设计革命运动以来,我们在党的领导和有关单位的协作配合下,为广大劳动人民设计并建造了一批新的住宅。这些住宅的建筑造价比设计革命化以前的同样住宅降低约30～60％。同时,不断提高了设计质量,基本上满足了一般住户的使用要求,房租也能与住户的经济水平相适应,群众反映比较满意,收到了少花钱,多办事的效果。 我们从事低造价的住宅设计工作,只有一年多的时间。开始从不愿意搞这种住宅到自觉地想办法搞好,是我们不断学习毛主席著作,开展思想斗争,深入实际,不断提高设计思想的结果。 从思想挂钩到技术挂钩 任何工作都必须突出政治,以政治统帅业务。设计工作也不例外。设计工作不仅仅
Since the revolutionary movement was designed, we have designed and built a number of new dwellings for the working people under the cooperation of the party’s leadership and relevant units.
