针对掘进机掘进过程中,选择和调整掘进参数以适应不均衡的地质环境问题,依据截割机构、升降机构和回转机构之间工作参数的关系,将液压缸运动的非线性动态特性考虑在内,建立了机械-液压耦合的动力学模型,并应用Matlab软件仿真了截割最为恶劣状况下各机构的振动情况.研究结果表明:升降油缸的振动情况较回转油缸严重,且回转半径对回转台振动影响较大.
