磁性纳米粒子具有良好的磁响应性、较大的比表面积以及分离快速等优点,在样品预处理中备受关注。为了提高磁性固相萃取技术对目标分析物检测的选择性,增大吸附容量,新型吸附材料应运而生。综述了近5年来石墨烯、分子印迹聚合物和金属-有机框架材料等新型吸附材料在磁性固相萃取技术中的研究进展,以及在环境污染物检测领域中的应用。
Magnetic nanoparticles have the advantages of good magnetic responsiveness, large specific surface area and fast separation, and have attracted much attention in sample preparation. In order to improve the selectivity of magnetic solid-phase extraction (SPE) for target analyte detection and increase the adsorption capacity, a new type of adsorbent material has emerged. The research progress of magnetic adsorptive materials such as graphene, molecularly imprinted polymers and metal-organic frameworks in magnetic solid phase extraction (SPE) and their application in the field of environmental pollutants detection are reviewed.
