对白灵菇在6种栽培配方上菌丝生长速度及工厂化出菇情况进行了研究。结果表明:在不同配方上,白灵菇菌丝生长速度、生长势、子实体形状和生物学效率均存在差异。配方⑤(棉籽壳53%,玉米芯33%,麸皮6%,玉米面6%,石灰1%,石膏1%)菌丝生长速度最快,平均为4.19mm/d,但产量较低,平均生物学效率仅为27.30%;配方③(棉籽壳47%,玉米芯29%,麸皮16%,玉米面6%,石灰1%,石膏1%)菌丝生长速度适中,产量最高,平均生物学效率为36.47%,一级菇成品率达88.74%。综合试验结果,配方③适宜在工厂化白灵菇生产中应用。
