Since the 1980s, with the gradual eastward shift of the world economic development center, the Asia-Pacific region has quietly emerged a new type of enterprise, a comprehensive trading company, which was once called the “oriental-type” enterprise development model. Specifically, this business model is the establishment of a parent company that integrates science, industry and trade in its own country and establishes a separate agency, that is, a subsidiary, that specializes in sales and investment and development outside its home country.
