目的评估经位点保存技术处理后牙槽窝组织形态计量学上的改变。方法拔除6条杂种犬各自上、下颌两侧第二切牙,随机分两组,在一侧即刻填入骨诱导活性材料,为实验组;另一侧不作处理,对照组。术后3个月处死获得样本,利用图像分析进行组织计量及形态的评估。结果所有位点骨量均有不同程度的吸收。图像分析显示,实验组平均骨量吸收程度显著低于对照组(P<0.001)。结论牙齿拔除后,拔牙窝位点保存技术的应用能明显减少牙槽嵴萎缩吸收程度。
Objective To evaluate the histomorphometric changes of alveolar tissue after site preservation technique. Methods Six second molar on the upper and lower jaws of each mixed dog were randomly divided into two groups, and the osteoinductive active materials were filled in immediately on one side for the experimental group; on the other side, no treatment was given to the control group. Three months after the operation, samples were obtained and histomorphometry and evaluation were performed using image analysis. Results All sites had different degrees of bone mass absorption. Image analysis showed that the average bone mineral absorption in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.001). Conclusion The application of preservation of tooth extraction site can significantly reduce the degree of atrophy of alveolar ridge after tooth extraction.
