Patient, female, 21 years old, student, paid the first visit on July 10, 2009. Main complaints:uterus bleeding for over 3 years. History of present illness: continual uterus bleeding for more than 3years with scanty and dark menstrual flow, and only thin pantiliners were enough. No organic diseases has been discovered by routine gynecological examination.
