目的:探讨前列腺腺癌中EGF、EGFR、PCNA的表达及其相关性。方法:采用SP免疫组织化学方法,检测62例前列腺腺癌中表皮生长因子(EGF)及其受体(EGFR)、增殖细胞核抗原(PCNA)的表达情况。结果:62例前列腺腺癌中,EGF阳性39例,EGFR阳性45例,细胞增殖活跃21例。不同组织级和细胞级的前列腺腺癌中EGF、EGFR、PCNA的表达未见明显差异(P>0.05)。EGF阳性表达的前列腺腺癌比EGF阴性者细胞增殖活跃(χ2=7.081,P<0.01),EGFR阳性表达的前列腺腺癌比EGFR阴性者细胞增殖活跃(χ2=5.110,P<005)。EGF阳性前列腺腺癌中EGFR的表达显著高于EGF阴性者(χ2=15.561,P<0.01)。结论:EGF、EGFR、PCNA的表达与前列腺癌组织结构、细胞异型等生物学特征无相关性,EGF和EGFR的表达在前列腺腺癌的发生中起一定作用,EGF过量表达可使其配体EGFR的表达增加
Objective: To investigate the expression and correlation of EGF, EGFR and PCNA in prostate adenocarcinoma. METHODS: The expression of epidermal growth factor (EGF), its receptor (EGFR) and proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) in 62 cases of prostate adenocarcinoma was detected by S-P immunohistochemistry. RESULTS: Of the 62 prostate adenocarcinomas, 39 were EGF positive, 45 were EGFR positive, and 21 were cell proliferating. There was no significant difference in the expression of EGF, EGFR, and PCNA in prostate cancers with different tissue and cell grades (P>0.05). EGF-positive prostate adenocarcinoma cells were more proliferative than EGF-negative cells (χ2=7.081, P<0.01). EGFR-positive prostate adenocarcinoma cells were more proliferative than EGFR-negative cells (χ2=5.110, P). <005). The expression of EGFR in EGF-positive prostate adenocarcinoma was significantly higher than that in EGF-negative patients (χ2=15.561, P<0.01). Conclusion: The expressions of EGF, EGFR and PCNA have no correlation with the biological characteristics of prostate cancer, such as histological structure and cell heterogeneity. The expression of EGF and EGFR may play a role in the development of prostate adenocarcinoma. Overexpression of EGF can make its ligand EGFR. Increased expression
