本试验以潮土、黄棕壤为供试土壤,分别选取小白菜、蕃茄作为叶菜类和果菜类代表,以土培、田间试验探讨了施用氮肥对两种蔬菜NO_3~--N积累的影响。试验结果表明:随着氮素水平的提高,蔬菜NO_3~--N积累量与施氮量呈显著正相关,而硝酸还原酶活性与蔬菜NO_3~--N积累量呈负相关。水培试验研究了N、P、K、Ca、Mg、Fe、Mo、Cl丰缺对小白菜NO_3~--N积累的影响。
In this experiment, the soil samples were taken from soil and yellow brown soil as test soil, cabbage and tomato were selected as representatives of leafy vegetables and fruits and vegetables respectively. The effects of nitrogen fertilizer on the accumulation of NO_3 ~ --N influences. The results showed that with the increase of nitrogen level, there was a significant positive correlation between NO_3 ~ --N accumulation and nitrogen application rate, while the nitrate reductase activity was negatively correlated with NO_3 ~ N accumulation in vegetables. Hydroponic experiments were conducted to study the effects of abundance of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Fe, Mo and Cl on NO_3 ~ - N accumulation in Chinese cabbage.
