本文综述了当前射频横向激励扩散型冷却CO_2激光器技术发展的各种技术途径和前景。指出了高光束质量、紧凑型体积及高工作性能是大功率CO_2激光器技术的发展方向。并且提出了增益体积比例缩放技术这一获得高光束质量及紧凑型大功率CO_2激光器的新途径。
This paper summarizes the various technical approaches and prospects of the current RF lateral-dispersion diffused CO 2 laser technology development. It is pointed out that high beam quality, compact size and high working performance are the development directions of high power CO2 laser technology. And a new approach of gain-volume scaling is proposed to obtain high beam quality and compact high-power CO 2 laser.
