螺纹钉又叫自攻自断螺纹固位钉(Self—Threadingpin),它对牙齿切角,牙尖缺损及残冠修复已大量在临床展开。但在前牙缺失作1次性粘结固定桥修复尚未见报道。笔者自1988年元月采用国产螺纹钉加光固化复合树脂对30例成人不同牙位前牙单只缺失患者作了此法修复。随访观察12～16个月,效果良好。现报告如下:1.材料:选用杭州产0.65mm HXL—20000型牙用自攻自断螺纹固位钉,采用西德古莎光固化复合树脂及其配套器材。
Also known as self-threading self-threading screw (Self-Threadingpin), it has a lot of dental incision, cusp tip defect and crown repair has been a lot of clinical. However, lack of anterior teeth for a one-time bond fixation bridge repair has not been reported. The author from January 1988 using domestic screw plus light curing composite resin on 30 cases of adult teeth of different teeth single missing patients made this method to repair. Follow-up observation of 12 to 16 months, the effect is good. Now report as follows: 1. Materials: Hangzhou 0.65mm HXL-20000-type self-tapping self-decorating thread retention nails, the West Germany Gusu light curing composite resin and its ancillary equipment.
