针对小儿腹股沟疝的治疗,采用合成材料制作一种“经腹腔自适应外充式小儿疝囊闭合器”装置从腹腔内对其治疗。装置由充填架,自适应伞状支撑条,底层片,定位外拉线和装置固定线构成。其中,充填架由两个周边固定在一起直径3.0cm的同心圆片制成,可牵拉塑性成橄榄状或球状;支撑条则由三条边宽0.5cm,长度4.0cm交叉固定于充填架顶端构成;底层片是一直径3.0cm圆形结构,它与充填架底端采用点缝合相连接;调节定位外拉线的一端连接固定于装置顶端,另一端可自由穿过充填架顶端与底层片中央相连固定;固定线是与充填架底端相连,起固定装置作用的两根打结线构成。通过采用这一装置共治愈37例、38侧小儿疝。术后平均随访时间(14.6±5.89)月,无疝复发,腹股沟区无明显疤痕和硬节存在。这种从腹腔内充填关闭疝环口的装置,为小儿疝的治疗提供了一种操作方便、治疗安全有效的封堵技术。
