知母性寒,味苦微甘,归肺胃肾经,功能清热泻火,滋阴润燥,善治肺胃实热,阴虚烦热、消渴诸证。此人所共知,但善于利尿,则古人用之甚罕,今人亦因其苦寒而无淡渗,不明其功。笔者不揣简陋,略述其理,供同道参考。 水肿之病,原因很多,若治水唯求淡渗,非其治矣。当知肺为水之上源:肺主输布津液,通调膀胱,邪热犯肺,水道失于通调,膀胱绝其化源,小便闭塞,水气泛溢为肿。知母甘苦寒,能清金而滋水之化源,通利水道。笔者临床所遇邪热犯肺之风水证,以知母易越婢加术汤中石膏投治,凡31例,疗效满意,临床体会优于越婢加术 Knowing the mother’s cold, taste bitter and slightly Gan, the lungs and kidneys by the function, the function of heat purging fire, Ziyin Runzao, good rule of lung and stomach real heat, yin deficiency Fanre, Xiaoke various evidence. The author does not talk about simple explanations and outlines his rationale for reference. There are many reasons for the edema disease. If the water is to be treated with light penetration, it is not a rule. When the lungs are known to be the source of water, the lungs mainly transmit the body fluid, the tone of the bladder is changed, the heat of the lungs is violated, the water channel is lost in the circulation, the bladder is absolutely the source of the urine, and the urine is occluded. Zhimu is a bitter cold and can clear gold and nourish the source of water. The author’s clinical case of Feng Shui was guilty of lung feng shui syndrome, and the Zhimu Yi yu yu jia jia guan gypsum cast was administered. In all 31 cases, the curative effect was satisfactory, and the clinical experience was superior to the reciprocal addiction.
