目的观察床单位臭氧消毒机穿透棉织物的消毒效果,探讨床单位臭氧消毒机的实际临床应用价值。方法采用载体定量杀菌试验,测定不同层数布袋、棉絮表面以及夹层内部的杀灭对数值(KL),分析臭氧气体穿透棉织物后的杀灭效果。结果在温度20℃±1℃、相对湿度75%~80%情况下,臭氧浓度为687~746mg/m3,对棉布袋表面的和内部各层的金黄色葡萄球菌KL>3。负载条件下,对棉絮表面细菌繁殖体和白色念珠菌的KL>3,对棉絮深层细菌繁殖体和白色念珠菌KL<3。结论床单位臭氧消毒机产生的臭氧气体穿透能力有限,不适宜床单位深层的消毒。
Objective To observe the disinfection effect of bed unit ozone disinfection machine penetrating cotton fabric and to explore the practical clinical application value of bed unit ozone disinfection machine. Methods Quantitative bactericidal test was used to measure the kill logarithm (KL) of different layers of bags, batting surfaces and interlayers, and the killing effect of ozone gas penetrating cotton fabrics was analyzed. Results The ozone concentration was 687-746 mg / m3 at temperatures of 20 ℃ ± 1 ℃ and relative humidity of 75% ~ 80%, and KL> 3 for Staphylococcus aureus on the surface and inside of the cotton bag. Under loading conditions, KL> 3 against both bacterial propagules and Candida albicans on the batting surface and KL <3 against bacterial inoculum and C. albicans on the batting. Conclusion Bed ozone generator ozone generation capacity is limited, not suitable for deep disinfection of bed units.
