编制并分析生产工艺热平衡,不仅是建厂设计的必要技术步骤,而且也是优化企业管理的重要手段。本文以实测数据为基础,编写出了冶炼五艺、热风、废热发电、硫酸工艺等四个系统以及全流程的综合热平衡。认为,闪速炼铜工艺的能源利用优于国内其他的炼铜方法,各种排管冷却水热及熔体热,是有待开发的主要二次能源。
Compiling and analyzing the heat balance of the production process is not only the necessary technical step in the design of the plant, but also an important means of optimizing the management of the enterprise. Based on the measured data, this paper compiles the four systems of Smelting Five Arts, hot air, waste heat power generation, sulfuric acid process and the overall heat balance of the whole process. It is considered that the energy utilization of flash copper smelting process is superior to other copper smelting methods in the country and all kinds of cooling water pipes and melt heat are the main secondary energy to be developed.
