目的:比较10.6μm激光和650nm激光同时或单独照射穴位对大鼠白细胞减少模型的影响。方法:60只外周血白细胞计数在正常范围的Wistar大鼠,随机分成空白对照组、模型对照组、假治疗组、10.6μm激光治疗组、650nm激光治疗组和10.6μm-650nm双波长激光治疗组,每组10只。除正常对照组外,其余5组大鼠采用腹腔注射环磷酰胺(100mg/kg体重)的方法造成白细胞减少模型。根据分组情况,用相应激光照射双侧足三里和大椎穴各1min,每天1次,连续8天,假治疗组固定后将激光输出管口对准穴位,但不开启治疗仪。比较各组大鼠的白细胞计数随时间的变化。结果:注射环磷酰胺后大鼠白细胞计数持续下降,至第5天时达最低值,然后开始上升。双波长激光治疗组经过8天照射治疗后,白细胞计数恢复至正常水平,与空白对照组相比无显著差异(P>0.01),但模型对照组、假治疗组、10.6μm激光治疗组和650nm激光治疗组与空白对照组相比仍有非常显著差异(P<0.001)。结论:10.6μm-650nm双波长激光照射足三里和大椎穴能使白细胞减少模型大鼠的外周白细胞计数较快恢复正常,但两种激光单独照射时无此作用,提示10.6μm激光和650nm激光同时照射穴位时可能产生协同治疗作用。
Objective: To compare the effects of 10.6μm laser and 650nm laser irradiation on the leukopenia model. Methods: Sixty Wistar rats with normal peripheral blood leukocyte counts were randomly divided into blank control group, model control group, sham treatment group, 10.6μm laser treatment group, 650nm laser treatment group and 10.6μm-650nm dual-wavelength laser treatment group , Each group of 10. Except for the normal control group, the other 5 groups of rats were treated by intraperitoneal injection of cyclophosphamide (100 mg / kg body weight) to induce leukopenia. RESULTS: After injection of cyclophosphamide, the white blood cell count of rats continued to decrease, reached the lowest value on the 5th day, and then began to rise. Compared with the blank control group, there was no significant difference (P> 0.01) in the dual-wavelength laser treatment group after 8 days of irradiation, while the white blood cell count returned to normal level in the model control group, sham treatment group, 10.6μm laser treatment group and 650nm There was still a significant difference between the laser treatment group and the blank control group (P <0.001). Conclusion: The irradiation of Zusanli and Dazu acupoints with 10.6μm-650nm dual-wavelength laser can make the peripheral white blood cell count of model rats return to normal quickly, but no effect of the two laser irradiation alone, suggesting that 10.6μm laser and 650nm laser simultaneously Irradiation acupuncture points may produce a synergistic therapeutic effect.
