前言 30SiMnMoVA钢是长安机器厂与有关单位在一九六一年结合我国资源设计的一种Si-Mn-Mo-V系钢,目的是替代机枪身管钢30CrNi2MoVA。通过十几年的生产实践,证明30SiMnMoVA钢在调质状态下有较好的综合力学性能,在高强度条件下使用,韧性都能保持在6公斤·米/厘米~2以上,但在生产中也出现一些问题,如切削加工困难,热处理制度与力学性能的关系不清,工艺性能数据不够完善等等。 本试验选择了两炉30SiMnMoVA钢进行力学性能试验。有关该钢的金相、断口及断裂韧性的测试等工作正在和即将进行。
Foreword 30SiMnMoVA steel is a kind of Si-Mn-Mo-V steel designed by Chang’an Machinery Factory and related units in our country in 1961 with the purpose of replacing machine gun barrel steel 30CrNi2MoVA.
