目的探讨慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的高分辨率CT(HRCT)影像学表现及形态分型与肺功能试验(PFT)参数的关系。资料与方法对40例COPD患者的HRCT表现进行形态学分型,并将分型与肺功能之间做统计学分析。结果HRCT显示COPD形态为:正常型1例,支气管壁增厚型24例,气肿型8例,混合型7例。肺功能指标FEV1%、FEV1/FVC在支气管壁增厚型和混合型之间差异具有统计学意义,混合型患者其肺功能异常改变的程度较重。结论COPD的HRCT影像学表现和形态学分型与气流阻塞程度具有一定的相关性。
Objective To explore the relationship between high resolution CT (HRCT) imaging findings and morphological classification of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD) and pulmonary function test (PFT) parameters. Materials and Methods Forty cases of patients with COPD underwent morphological classification of HRCT and statistical analysis was performed between the classification and pulmonary function. Results The results of HRCT showed that the morphology of COPD was normal in 1 case, bronchial wall in 24 cases, emphysema in 8 cases and mixed case in 7 cases. Pulmonary function indicators FEV1%, FEV1 / FVC bronchial wall thickening type and mixed type difference was statistically significant, mixed patients with severe changes in their lung function to a greater extent. Conclusions The HRCT imaging findings and morphological classification of COPD have a certain correlation with the degree of airflow obstruction.
