本文以布卢姆的掌握学习理论为依据,结合体操技能教学特点,设计了掌握教学模式,并开展了实验研究。结果显示,运用掌握学习法的教学效果优于常规教学,大多数学生均能在较短时间内掌握所学技能,获得技能学习的成就感,激发了其学习兴趣和积极性。
