经正交实验和单因素实验结果分析得出：山茱萸有效成分提取采用乙醇溶液明显优于以水为溶剂提取，最佳的浓度为70％～80％，处理的最佳温度为80℃以下，一定范围处理时间对有效成分的影响较小，最佳时间为50min。
The results of orthogonal experiments and single-factor experiments show that the extraction of effective components of hawthorn is better than using water as the solvent, the optimal concentration is 70%-80%, and the optimal temperature is below 80°C. A certain range of treatment time has little effect on the active ingredient, and the best time is 50 min.
