本文综述了磁共振靶向造影剂的研究原理、种类及发展现状,并对其局限性和解决方法进行了阐述。 当今,人类疾病谱巳发生了重大变化,恶性肿瘤已成为威胁人类生命健康的首要疾病。如何早期定位、定性诊断恶性肿瘤,成了当今医学发展的趋势和研究的热点同题之一。 虽然用放射性同位素标记的特异性抗体定位诊断和治疗癌症的前景惹弄研究者和非专业人们近半个世纪,但只是在最近二十年,才证明靶向诊断这个概念是可行的。之所以能成功,是因为现在分子生物学和遗传学技术能够生产适宜的单克隆抗体(McAb),直接作用于肿瘤内有足够浓度的抗原,以及放射化学标记技术和影像学仪器的进展。
This article summarizes the research principles, types and development status of magnetic resonance contrast-enhanced contrast medium and its limitations and solutions. Today, the spectrum of human diseases has undergone major changes. Malignant tumors have become the primary diseases that threaten the health of human beings. How to locate early and diagnose malignant tumors qualitatively has become one of the hot topics in the current trend of medical research and research. Although the prospect of specific antibodies labeled with radioisotopes to diagnose and treat cancer has provoked both researchers and lay people for almost half a century, it was only in the last two decades that the notion of targeted diagnosis proved viable. The reason for this success is that molecular biology and genetics now allow for the production of appropriate monoclonal antibodies (McAbs) that act directly on the tumor with a sufficient concentration of antigens, as well as advances in radiochemical labeling and imaging equipment.
