本文以粉花山杏1年生枝为接穗,普通山杏1年生苗为砧木,采用3因素3水平正交试验设计,对粉花山杏的嫁接技术进行优化。结果表明,影响粉花山杏嫁接成活率最大的因素是嫁接方法,采用劈接嫁接效果最好,成活率达到了85.9%,显著高于其他处理;其次砧木规格和接穗处理方式的影响未达到显著水平,但砧木规格为d≥0.7cm和采用带顶芽梢头接穗进行嫁接时成活率分别达到最高。因此认为采用带顶芽梢头接穗、规格d≥0.7cm的砧木利用劈接的嫁接方法组合最佳。
In this paper, 1-year-old branches of Prunus armeniaca as scion, 1-year-old common apricot seedlings as rootstocks, using 3 factors and 3 levels of orthogonal design, the optimization of the grafting techniques of Prunus armeniaca. The results showed that the most influential factor of grafting on Prunus armeniaca was grafting, the best grafting effect was grafting, the survival rate reached 85.9%, which was significantly higher than other treatments. Secondly, the effect of grafting and scion treatment did not reach significant Level, but the rootstock specifications for d ≥ 0.7cm and the top bud with scotch grafting for the highest survival rates were reached. So that the use of top buds scion scion, d ≥ 0.7cm specifications of the rootstocks using cleavage grafting method the best combination.
