通过技术改造方式,改善尚在服役的TDC录井仪数据采集精度低、软硬件落后、维护费用高和现场操作复杂等状况。文章简介了该仪器改造的思路及方案,实施后仪器在国产化程度、硬件配置、气测灵敏度和各类数据采集精度等方面有较大提高;软件功能加强,实现了网络化管理,呈多元化、多任务处理方式,并具良好的扩展性。通过一年多七口井的验证,基本达到预期的目标。
Through technological transformation, improving the TDC logging tool is still in service with low data acquisition accuracy, backward hardware and software, high maintenance costs and on-site operation complex situation. This article introduces the ideas and solutions of this instrument transformation, after the implementation of the instrument in the degree of localization, hardware configuration, gas sensitivity and a variety of data acquisition accuracy has greatly improved; software features to strengthen, to achieve a network management, was multiple And multi-tasking, and with good scalability. After more than seven wells were verified in more than one year, the target was basically reached.
