Heldin 认为,患癌机体并非被动受癌侵害,体内也存在多方面抗癌因素。本文作者曾总结了体内6种负性调节因子的作用。陈明、周爱儒等从小鼠癌性腹水中提出抑癌因子(Cancer Suppressive factorCSF),并证明它是由39—41氨基酸残基组成的多肽。本组曾证明从小鼠 HepAtoma、Sacorma180提出的 CSF 对同源和异源癌细胞都有肯定的杀伤作用。本文就进一步观察到的人类癌症产生 CSF 的情况予以报道。材料与方法人癌性胸腹水标本:本院肿瘤科住院和门诊确诊的10例肺癌和肝癌患者,于开始治疗之前采集其胸腹水,立即进行 CSF 提取。
Heldin believes that the cancerous body is not passively affected by cancer, and there are many aspects of anti-cancer factors in the body. The authors have summarized the role of six negative regulators in vivo. Chen Ming and Zhou Airu proposed cancer suppressing factor (CSF) from cancerous ascites in mice and proved that it is a polypeptide consisting of 39-41 amino acid residues. This group has demonstrated that the CSF proposed by the mouse HepAtoma and Sacorma180 has a definite killing effect on both homologous and allogeneic cancer cells. This article reports on further observations of human cancers that produce CSF. Materials and Methods Human cancerous hydrothorax and ascites fluid specimens: Ten lung and liver cancer patients diagnosed in the oncology and outpatient departments of the Oncology Department of this hospital were collected for pleural effusion and ascites immediately before the start of treatment, and CSF extraction was performed immediately.
