文章以北京市两所小学为案例,通过深入学校开展校长访谈,呈现了两所学校的背景特征,分析了学校围绕减负增效采取的主要举措。如注重学校的规划与发展,注重校园文化氛围的创设,重视教育教学质量,聚焦课堂教学实效,注重减轻学生的学习负担,关注有特殊需要学生的发展。总结了这两所普通小学在减负增效方面的启示:学校减负增效的动力来源于办学压力;学校应聚焦课堂,以课堂为抓手,提高课堂教学的实效性;学校应开展丰富多彩的课余活动,扩展学生的视野,培养学习情趣;学校应以校本培训或校本课题引领学校教学管理水平的提高。
Taking the two primary schools in Beijing as an example, this article presents the background characteristics of the two schools by conducting interviews with principals in depth and analyzes the main measures taken by schools to reduce the burden and increase efficiency. For example, pay attention to the planning and development of the school, pay attention to the creation of campus culture, pay attention to the quality of education and teaching, focus on the effectiveness of classroom teaching, pay attention to reducing the student’s learning burden, focusing on the development of students with special needs. Summarizes the enlightenment of these two ordinary primary schools in reducing the negative effects and improving efficiency: the motivation of reducing the negative effects and improving the efficiency of the school comes from the pressure of running a school; the school should focus on the classroom and take the classroom as the starting point to improve the effectiveness of the classroom teaching; the school should carry out colorful Extra-curricular activities to expand students’ horizons, develop interest in learning; schools should be school-based training or school-based topics to lead the improvement of school teaching management.
