伞齿轮是三爪卡盘的主要锻件之一,目前都在空气锤上用胎模锻造,锻件质量差,劳动强度大。我厂380毫米三爪自定心卡盘上的伞齿轮采用热挤压工艺,收到了良好的效果。它不仅减轻了劳动强度,改善了劳动条件,也提高了劳动生产率和材料自利用率,同时也提高了锻件的质量。锻件废品率由原来的2.5%左右降到0.05%左右。过去在空气锤上胎模锻每班需要6~7人操作,班产只有四百件左右,现在改为热挤压每班只需3~4人,班产能达一
