自然杀伤细胞活性(NK-A)在肿瘤的发生发展中起着十分重要作用。肿瘤患者的NK-A显著低于正常人。本文报告有机锗Ge-132和卡介苗素(BCG—E)调控NK-A的研究。NK-A测定法采用~(51)Cr标记K_(56z)细胞4小时释放法。结果表明,Ge-132及BCG-E不仅能明显地增强NK-A;而且呈剂量依赖关系。作者还同时对11例慢性气管炎患者在肌肉注射BCG-E前后测定外周血NK-A,发现注射前NK-A仅为正常值的二分之一左右,注射后则能明显升高NK-A。
Natural killer cell activity (NK-A) plays a very important role in tumor development. Tumor patients had significantly lower NK-A than normal people. This article reports studies on the regulation of NK-A by organogermanium Ge-132 and BCG-E. NK-A assay using ~ (51) Cr labeled K_ (56z) cells 4 hours release method. The results showed that Ge-132 and BCG-E not only can significantly enhance NK-A, but also in a dose-dependent manner. At the same time, the authors also measured peripheral blood NK-A before and after intramuscular injection of BCG-E in 11 patients with chronic bronchitis and found that NK-A was only about one half of the normal value before injection and markedly increased NK- A.
