目的 :探究牛磺酸对免疫力与抗疲劳功能的影响。方法 :选择小鼠284只,以牛磺酸为主的原料尿囊,分别设纯净水对照组与不同剂量进行灌胃使用。结果 :受试物不同剂量组的负重游泳时间均高于对照组,且高剂量组和对照组之间的对比具有显著性差异(P<0.05);不同剂量组的血清尿素氮水平都有下降,且中剂量组、高剂量组与对照组相比均有显著性差异(P<0.05);中剂量组、高剂量组小鼠的肝糖原含量明显比对照组高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);不同剂量组小鼠足跖增厚值明显比对照组更高,中、高剂量组与对照组相比具有显著性差异(P<0.05);不同剂量组小鼠碳廓清吞噬指数明显比对照组高,低、中、高剂量组和对照组的对比均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论 :牛磺酸具有抗疲劳作用,可增强细胞免疫力与单核巨噬细胞吞噬能力。
Objective: To investigate the effect of taurine on immunity and anti-fatigue function. Methods: A total of 284 mice were selected, and the taurine-based raw allantoic material was used. The pure water control group and the different doses were given orally. Results: Compared with the control group, the weight-bearing swimming time of different doses of test group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05). The levels of serum urea nitrogen decreased , And there was significant difference between middle dose group and high dose group and control group (P <0.05). The content of hepatic glycogen in middle dose group and high dose group was significantly higher than that of control group (P <0.05). Compared with the control group, the plantar thickness of mice in different dose groups was significantly higher than that of the control group (P <0.05) The phagocytic index was significantly higher than the control group, low, medium and high dose groups and the control group were significantly different (P <0.05). Conclusion: Taurine has the anti-fatigue effect, can enhance the cellular immunity and monocyte macrophage phagocytosis.
