自1998年起,中国石油天然气集团公司人事劳资部组织了三期石油、石化主干企业领导干部赴美国、加拿大攻读MBA,在出国前对学员进行了强化培训。文章主要总结了三期英语培训的实践经验,提出:领导重视、关心,会激励学员勇往直前;教学管理要科学化,教学目标和模式要多样化;要坚持效率观念、效率思维和效率行动法教学。
Since 1998, the Personnel and Labor Department of China National Petroleum Corporation has organized three leading leading cadres of petroleum and petrochemical enterprises to go to the United States and Canada to study in MBA, and conducted intensive training before going abroad. The article mainly summarizes the practical experience of the three English trainings and puts forward the following suggestions: leaders should pay attention to and concern for themselves and encourage them to move forward; the teaching management should be scientific and teaching objectives and models should be diversified; and the teaching of efficiency, efficiency and efficiency should be adhered to .
