我车间制造了一台简易打箱机,用来清理砂箱内的型砂和铸件,其结构如图1所示。打箱机以压缩空气为动力,手工操作。因为我们的产品是小批量和单件生产,砂箱规格很不统一,使用这种打箱机时,不易控制砂箱与打箱机的距离,所以有时发生打空箱(打箱杆没击中砂箱)现象。打空箱时,打箱杆所产生的惯性力和气动推力全部作用在前缓冲弹簧及气缸的前固定板上,往往弹簧被压碎,打箱杆发生断裂。最严重时,打箱杆断裂后冲到打箱机外。
