大白菜软腐病和黑腐病为细菌性病害。重发地块损失率达20~30%,已成为大白菜生产的重要障碍。症状识别软腐病:多在包心期开始发病,菜株外叶萎蔫,平贴地面,叶球外露,叶柄基部及根髓部腐烂,充满灰褐色粘稠状物,臭气四溢。
