企业文化或称组织文化,是为解决生存和发展的问题而树立形成的,被组织成员认为有效而共享,并共同遵循的基本信念和认知。组织文化建设,是指组织有意识地发扬其积极的、优良的文化,克服其消极的、劣性的文化过程,亦即使组织文化不断优化的过程。随着国民经济的快速发展和人们物质生活水平的逐步提高,高速公路越来越显示出它对国家、区域经济发展以及社会公众出行的重要作用。如何最大限度地发挥高速公路的服务功能,不断提高高速公路的管理水平,保持发展的势头不减,后续力持久,就必须用文化来统一思想,统一观念,统一行为。本文从企业文化对企业发展的重要意义、企业文化建设的主要内容、企业文化建设的策略以及如何建设优秀的高速公路企业文化方面进行了阐述。
Corporate culture or organizational culture, is to solve the problems of survival and development and formed by the members of the organization that is effective and shared, and jointly follow the basic beliefs and awareness. Organizational culture refers to the process of organizations consciously carrying forward their positive and excellent culture, overcoming their negative and inferior cultural processes, that is, continuously optimizing organizational culture. With the rapid development of the national economy and the gradual improvement of people’s material living standards, the expressway has increasingly shown its important role in the economic development of the country and the region as well as in the travel of the public. How to give full play to the service functions of the expressway, continuously improve the management level of the expressway, keep the momentum of development unabated, and the lasting follow-up force, we must use culture to unify thoughts, unify concepts and unify acts. This article elaborates the significance of corporate culture to enterprise development, the main content of corporate culture construction, the strategy of enterprise culture construction and how to build the excellent corporate culture of expressway.
