粉末冶金可以避免铸锭冶金过程中出现的宏观偏析、枝晶偏析、化学成分不均匀、组织不一致等缺陷,是制备TiA l合金的重要方法。本文综述了近年来国内外TiA l合金粉末冶金的研究进展,介绍了预合金法、元素粉末法和机械合金化法3种TiA l粉末制备方法及其各自的烧结方法。同时评述了各烧结方法的优缺点及其制备合金的力学性能,并指出了粉末冶金制备TiA l合金今后有待改善的研究方向。
Powder metallurgy can avoid the macroscopic segregation, dendritic segregation, uneven chemical composition and inconsistent microstructure in the process of ingot metallurgy, which is an important method for preparing TiAl alloy. In this paper, the research progress of TiAl alloy powder metallurgy at home and abroad in recent years is reviewed. Three preparation methods of TiAl powder, including prealloy method, elemental powder method and mechanical alloying method, and their respective sintering methods are introduced. At the same time, the advantages and disadvantages of each sintering method and the mechanical properties of the prepared alloys are also reviewed. The research directions for the preparation of TiAl alloys prepared by powder metallurgy are pointed out.
