秈粳稻杂交育种的研究已进行了十一年。从理论上研究了结实、一般性状、杂交优势和水陆两用等问题,认为秈粳稻杂交育种可以作为水稻杂交育种途径之一。目前较好的秈粳水陆稻杂交后代是“两用三号”,它可以水陆两用,在一定条件下并能高产。此外,在应用再生的方法克服不稔性、培育再生稻的技术、根系的比较研究和应用快速繁育方法等方面,也都获得了一定的成果。
Indica and Japonica hybrid breeding has been carried out for eleven years. In theory, the problems of seed setting, general traits, heterosis and amphibian are studied. It is concluded that cross breeding between indica and japonica can be used as one of the hybrid breeding methods in rice. At present, the hybrid progeny of indica and japonica rice is “dual-use three”, which can be used in both amphibious and under high yield under certain conditions. In addition, some achievements have also been made in the fields of application of regeneration methods to overcome imprudence, techniques for cultivating ratoon rice, comparative studies on root systems, and application of rapid breeding methods.
