研究表明M_9中间砧段对~(32)P有明显的滞阻作用,生长期限制~(32)P上运,休眠期限制下运。中间砧段内滞存~(32)P较多,影响基砧根系的吸收,试验树全株~(32)P含量低于对照树,抑制了植株接穗部分的营养生长。
Studies have shown that M_9 intermediate anvil segment of ~ (32) P has a significant hysteresis effect, the growth of the limit ~ (32) P up transport, dormancy limited transport. The amount of (32) P in the middle anvil was more than that in the control tree, which affected the absorption of root system of rootstock. The content of ~ (32) P in the whole plant was lower than that in the control tree, which inhibited the vegetative growth of the scion.
