利用36 个10 碱基随机引物首次对7 个桃花( Prunus persica) 近缘种和30 个品种进行RAPD 反应.对选出10 个引物扩增出的具有多态性、可重复的、清晰的56 条带进行数据统计分析.UPGMA聚类结果表明:毛桃( Prunus persica) 和新疆桃( P. ferganensis) 之间具有很近的亲缘关系,并与桃花品种间亲缘关系最近;寿星桃、垂枝桃类品种在聚类图上分别较早地聚合在一起,表明其类内具有较近的亲缘关系;直枝桃类品种没有在树系图上聚合成一类,表明直枝桃花品种群演化关系较为复杂,多样性较丰富.该文还从分子生物学角度探讨了桃花品种的演化关系和‘白花山碧’桃的起源问题.
For the first time, RAPD reactions were performed on seven cultivars of Prunus persica and 30 cultivars using 36 10-mer random primers. Sixty-six polymorphic, reproducible and clear bands amplified by 10 primers were selected for statistical analysis. UPGMA clustering results showed that there was a close genetic relationship between Prunus persica and P. ferganensis and the closest genetic relationship with Peach cultivars. Which were clustered earlier, indicating that they have a closer genetic relationship within the class. Straight peach varieties did not form a single group on the tree diagram, indicating that the evolutionary relationship of the straight peach tree species is more complicated and the diversity is more abundant. The article also explored the evolutionary relationship of peach varieties and the origin of Peach Blossom Beans from the perspective of molecular biology.
