目的探讨不同水温对大鼠鼻黏膜的损伤及恢复情况。方法 126只健康成年SD大鼠随机分为A、B、C组,每组42只;A组:常温;B组:50℃;C组:70℃。另设健康成年SD大鼠2只,使用不同温度生理盐水滴入实验组大鼠双鼻中隔黏膜30次,每分钟1次。分别于第30分钟,1、3、7、14、28、42d各取6只大鼠的刺激区鼻中隔黏膜,对照组取相应区域黏膜制作光、电镜标本观察其病理形态学改变。结果 A组各时间的光镜下结构正常,在电镜下1、3d有轻微改变,7d后基本恢复。B组第30分钟、1d在镜下有明显损伤,尤其在3d达严重损伤,14d后基本恢复。C组第30分钟,1、3d在镜下表现出严重损伤,28d后有少数恢复,42d后仍未能完全恢复。结论常温对大鼠鼻黏膜病理形态学改变较轻,恢复时间短。温度越高、刺激时间越长则病理形态学改变越重,恢复时间越长。
Objective To investigate the damage and recovery of nasal mucosa in rats with different water temperature. Methods 126 healthy adult SD rats were randomly divided into A, B and C groups, 42 in each group. Group A: normal temperature; Group B: 50 ℃; Group C: 70 ℃. Another two healthy adult SD rats, using different temperature saline drip into the experimental group double nasal septum mucosa 30 times per minute. At the 30th minute, 1,3,7,14,28,42d, the nasal septum mucosa of the stimulation area of 6 rats were taken, and the control group were taken light and electron microscopy to observe the pathological changes. Results The structure of light microscope in group A was normal at each time, slightly changed at 1 and 3 days under electron microscope, and recovered after 7 days. Group B 30 minutes, 1d obvious damage in the microscope, especially in the 3d serious damage, 14d after the basic recovery. Group C 30 minutes, 1,3d in the microscope showed serious injury, a small number of recovery after 28d, 42d still failed to fully recover. Conclusion The nasal mucosa at room temperature has less pathological changes and shorter recovery time. The higher the temperature, the longer the stimulation time, the more pathological changes, the longer the recovery time.
