采用交流阻抗法研究了复合缓蚀剂中各组分的缓蚀机理,结果表明亚硝酸盐是阳极型钝化膜型缓蚀剂;硅酸盐是混合型沉淀膜型缓蚀剂;有机铵盐则是吸附膜型缓蚀剂,三组分复合后有增效作用。钢筋/砂浆的交流阻抗结果还表明,三元复合缓蚀剂的加入能改善水泥砂浆的微观结构,降低其孔隙率。
The corrosion inhibition mechanism of each component in composite corrosion inhibitor was studied by AC impedance method. The results show that nitrite is anodic passive film type corrosion inhibitor; silicate is a mixed precipitated film type corrosion inhibitor; and organic ammonium Salt adsorption film is a type of inhibitor, the synergistic effect of the three components after the composite. The results of the AC impedance of the rebar / mortar also showed that the addition of the ternary compound corrosion inhibitor can improve the microstructure of the cement mortar and decrease the porosity.
